How We Create Our Designs
Since 2020, we’ve been creating designs inspired by
Japanese patterns, Nara, and Kamakura—
made to be enjoyed by both local and international customers.
For those in Japan: “I get this.”
For those from abroad: “This feels so Japanese.”
Each design begins with an illustration.
We carefully consider the balance between the front and back,
layering in a touch of playfulness and a story.
Through discussions in our team,
we give meaning to every single design.
That’s why we feel a strong attachment to each one.
We continue to expand our lineup by incorporating new perspectives,
while keeping a balance in colors and motifs.
Our Printing Process
ONE POINT T-shirts use silkscreen printing.
This technique involves creating a separate screen for each color and carefully layering the ink one color at a time.
Each design can feature up to eight colors.
Because the ink is deeply embedded into the fabric, the colors stay vibrant even after repeated washing.
Some designs also feature a raised “3D” effect.
Using special agents and heat processing, the print is slightly puffed to create a dimensional look.
For example,
the naruto swirl in our “Ramen” design, or the mochi in our “Mochi-pounding” design.
We value small touches of playfulness—details that make you want to reach out and touch them.
